1. RSM ENGINEERS & CONTRACTORS (P) LTD was established on June 27, 1992 for turnkey interior designing & decoration jobs successfully completed two office premises & one supermarket decoration within a short span of 118 days, which is a noteworthy start.

2. The office is situated at "SHRI NIVAS " #1/6. Avaiyor street. Ramapuram . chennai - 600089 on the Mount Ponnamalle road, a place 9 kms away from T.Nagar, chennai ( Madras _ Tamilnadu ) the company has a in computer aided design facility which caters to their fullest satisfaction.
3. The management team comprises of first generation entrepreneur Mr.Shyam Sundar ably supported by a team of 12 staff members. the company has generated employment to more than 130 persons in various disciplines like carpentry, machinery, painting, plumbing, electricals etc.

4 At the out set of the company has the stockiest for " AEROCON " prefab materials manufactured by m/s Hyderabad industries ltd.
   

5. In the year the company started undertaking contracts outside Chennai & completed jobs at Madurai, Tirunalveli, Tirpur, Erode, Pondicherry, Banglore, Tiupathi, mysore, Hyderabad, etc...

6. We are equipped with latest power machines for cutting, shearing, bending, welding, grinding, orbital sanding, spray panting & polishing etc... which helps to complete works with accuracy & also at quicker time frame . With quality as our key word and with the technical back up that we enjoy as a Aesthetic engineering firm we will be an ideal associate for the turnkey interior designing & decoration jobs.
